Welcome to Falcon Institute of Technology! I am thrilled to be your Student Support and Careers Manager here at Falcon Institute of Technology, and I am excited to embark on this educational journey with each and every one of you.
My background is in Human Resources Management, coupled with extensive exposure into student management and RTO administration. This has equipped me with all the necessary skills and expertise I require to assist you steer the exciting challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
As your Student Support and Careers Manager, my primary goal is to ensure that you have a fulfilling and successful experience during your time with us. Whether you have questions about your course, need assistance with academic matters, or are looking for guidance on your career path, I am here to provide the support and resources you need.

Pradeep Jayawardene, MBM
Academic Consultant
Pradeep is an experienced Education professional with extensive industry experience in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Operations management, and Business administration. He has held many senior management roles in these areas In Australia and overseas.
After entering the Vocational Training and Education arena ten years ago, he has held number of Business training and training managerial Positions in many private Registered Training Organisations (RTOs). He has also conducted Corporate Training for a few large companies in supply chain management and Hospitality / Business Management. He has been a mentor at Australian Institute of Management and has served as a member of an RTO Higher Education Course Advisory committee. He has extensive experience in all aspects of academic functions of an RTO, such as learning and assessment resource review, validation, and moderation, designing of course material, coordination of study programs and Training Management etc.
Pradeep holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management (MBM) from Swinburne University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders (Australia & New Zealand)
Fred Bonaventura
RTO Compliance Consultant
Mr Bonaventura has been involved in education and training for over 40 years. Prior to establishing his current consultancy practice, RTO Associates, Mr Bonaventura was the owner, and is the immediate past Principal, of Ripponlea Academy (RTO 21230). Ripponlea Academy specialises in the auspicing of vocational education and training courses in secondary schools. Ripponlea Academy was sold in 2018, at which time the RTO was auspicing over 70 secondary schools and had enrolments of over 3,000 students. Mr Bonaventura is also a trainer and assessor for the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and the 22480VIC Certificate II in Small Business (Operations/Innovation).
From July 2019 to September 2020, Mr Bonaventura was employed as a Lead Auditor with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA), the national regulator. In his time at ASQA, Mr Bonaventura conducted RTO compliance audits, prepared briefs for the ASQA Commissioners, worked with ASQA’s legal department in relation to matters before the Australian Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT), and represented ASQA at AAT mediation sessions. Mr Bonaventura brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience which will prove invaluable as the Aspire Academy Australia seeks to establish itself as a provider of nationally recognised training to both domestic and overseas students.
Mr Bonaventura is also qualified by the BSB50920 Diploma of Quality Auditing (Swinburne University).
